Usps. Ship Packages Easily And Without Standing In Line
I ship quite a bit of packages, sine I am a seller on Ebay. Shipping can be such a hassle. You go to the post office, and wait. It usually does not matter what time of day there is a line, and the line moves very slow. Well there is a new technology at most USPS locations, the automated kiosk. I like using this thing.
These machines are located in most USPS’, by the mail box areas. They are open 24/7, and are extremely Easy to expend. You should go to these late in the evening, or early at night. I actually go late at night, but I am up mostly late hours. If you go during off peak times there will not be a line, which makes it like a flash and easy. This machine only takes credit cards.
When you derive to the machine there will be options; mail letter, ship package, buy stamps. These are the basic options, some locations have a lot more. Choose your option.
Mailing a letter is easy, you place your letter on the scale. Select the mail letter option. They will give you a couple of options to resolve from, then print your postage. You will have to exercise at least a dollar.
To mail a package you will need a little more. Place your package on the scale. Choose the package option. They will then ask you a few different questions. For example; type of box, zip code, and package size. They do provide a huge measurer on the kiosk, to make measuring easy. Then they provide you with your options of shipping, and prices.
It is that easy, no lines, no rude cashiers, no hassle. I exhaust this every time i ship anything. It save me so much time. Do not be afraid of using this, it is very simple, and explains everything on the screen.
